Meet Karen, Mom, Mainer, Realtor

I grew up in Midcoast Maine, the daughter of a lobsterman, in a family that taught me the value of hard work, community, and what it means to be rooted somewhere.

Maine has always been home. I went to school here, built my career here, and now I’m raising my own family in Saco with my husband Josh, our two kids, and our much-loved collection of pets.

I started my real estate career in 2018, and more than 150 homes later, I’m still just as passionate about helping people make confident moves across Southern Maine.

​

What I love most about this work is that it keeps me connected to the places that make this area special. I’m always exploring a new restaurant, finding a great local business, or spending time in the communities I serve. That local perspective shapes the way I work with clients — not just helping them buy or sell a home, but giving them the context and guidance to make the right move for them.
